Shipping policy

SafaCo Global (“we,” “our,” or “us”) ships orders placed through www.SafaCoGlobal.com to customers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, GCC countries, Pakistan, and selected international destinations. This Shipping Policy explains our dual-payment fulfillment protocols (Card and Cash on Delivery), order processing structures, estimated timelines, and verification procedures.

1. Order Processing & Verification Protocols

Processing times depend strictly on the payment method chosen at checkout:

  • For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card): Orders enter processing immediately upon transaction approval and are packed within 1 business day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: To avoid fraudulent bookings and failed deliveries, all COD orders undergo a mandatory validation step. Our desk will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or an automated voice confirmation. We will not dispatch a COD order from our warehouses until the customer has explicitly confirmed their purchase. Once confirmed, the order moves to fulfillment within 1 business day.

2. Dynamic Country-Based Fulfillment Model

To bring you an elite, diversified global inventory with optimal speed and agility, SafaCo Global operates a decentralized, cross-border fulfillment framework. We partner with top country-specific brand suppliers and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse networks situated across various international territories (including Pakistan, the GCC, and global supply hubs).

Because our inventory is decentralized, your delivery and shipping times depend directly on the specific country location of the supplier or 3PL warehouse holding that particular item, and their respective regional distribution network.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Timelines

While exact transit times are determined by the specific country warehouse from which your product is dispatched, we provide the following estimated delivery windows based on typical carrier networks:

  • Deliveries within Pakistan: 2 to 4 business days for major metropolitan hubs (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad); 4 to 6 business days for secondary regions.

  • Deliveries to the United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: 3 to 7 business days for standard metropolitan areas.

  • Deliveries to other GCC Countries (Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait): 5 to 10 business days.

Please Note: These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery speeds can vary depending on seasonal volume, localized 3PL handling, courier schedules, and customs processing.

4. Partial & Split Shipments (Multi-Warehouse Orders)

Because we use decentralized country-specific 3PL networks and diverse supplier hubs, if you purchase multiple items in a single order, they may be stored in different warehouse locations globally.

When this occurs:

  • Your order will be split into separate shipments.

  • Your items will arrive in separate parcels and potentially at slightly different times.

  • For COD orders, the total cash amount may be split proportionally across the packages relative to the items contained in each delivery. You will only pay for the specific items being handed to you at that moment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Obligations

By choosing the Cash on Delivery payment option, you explicitly agree to the following operational rules:

  • You must provide an active, working mobile number where you can easily be reached by the courier agent.

  • You must have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Courier agents do not carry digital card terminals unless explicitly stated, nor can they provide large amounts of change.

  • Packages cannot be opened, inspected, or tested before handing over the full cash payment to the courier agent. This is a strict operational rule enforced by our regional courier partners. If an item has an issue, it must be accepted first and then handled via our standard Return & Refund Policy.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Refusals

Our shipping partners make up to 2 or 3 delivery attempts. If a customer is completely unreachable, repeatedly avoids delivery calls, or refuses to accept an authenticated COD shipment upon arrival, the parcel will be automatically returned to our regional 3PL hub.

SafaCo Global absorbs the upfront logistics loss for these returns. Therefore, any customer who flagrantly abuses the COD system by failing to accept a confirmed order will have their phone number and delivery profile permanently blacklisted from using COD options on our platform in the future.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For cross-border shipments passing through our international 3PL networks, customs duties, local VAT, or clearance fees may apply depending on your destination country's regulations. Unless clearly stated otherwise on our website, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Risk of Loss and Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered legally completed when the tracking system marks the package as successfully dropped off at the designated address (or received by an authorized proxy, reception desk, or security personnel). Once marked as delivered, responsibility and risk of loss pass entirely to the customer.
