SafaCo Global operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). The technical architecture enabling these Services is managed securely via enterprise-grade e-commerce systems and robust cloud networks.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To buy products or use our online features, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. Account credentials, hosting configurations, and transaction profile security are managed natively through our secure cloud-integrated database structures.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND SUPPLY NETWORK

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online stores. However, colors or product appearance may differ based on your device configuration.

SafaCo Global operates an international fulfillment matrix sourcing household and personal care goods from independent manufacturers, white-label producers, and specialized country-specific suppliers. We do not warrant that the final appearance or quality of any products will perfectly match digital renderings. Minor packaging variations, labeling updates, or design optimizations may occur at the supplier level without prior warning. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND VERIFICATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SafaCo Global reserves the right to accept, verify, or decline your order for any reason.

  • For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards): Your order is accepted and processed upon successful transaction authorization from our secure digital payment gateways.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Your order is considered provisionally accepted only after completing our mandatory verification process. This may include an automated message, an SMS code, or a direct confirmation via WhatsApp from our customer desk. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any COD order if the provided contact details are unreachable or fail verification.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is verified and transmitted to our 3PL logistics network. In the event of a sudden localized supplier stockout, we will notify you and immediately cancel the transaction (or refund your card if prepaid). Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, BILLING, AND COD RESPONSIBILITIES

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include localized sales taxes, cross-border shipping, custom handling fees, or country-specific import duties. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, delivery, and contact information for all transactions.

For standard digital transactions, you represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, you acknowledge that placing and confirming an order constitutes a binding contractual agreement to pay the full invoice amount in cash directly to the courier agent upon physical delivery of the parcel to your designated address. Repeatedly refusing authenticated COD deliveries or failing to respond to couriers without valid cause may result in the permanent suspension of your ordering and delivery privileges across our global networks.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DISTRIBUTION, AND SPLIT PARCELS

SafaCo Global utilizes country-specific fulfillment and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse networks based globally (including Pakistan, the GCC, and international hubs). Consequently, all delivery and transit timeframes are dynamic estimates determined by the location of the warehouse storing that individual item and its respective distribution network.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not fixed contractual guarantees. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspection holds, or events outside our control. Because items are fulfilled via decentralized networks, orders containing multiple items may be split into separate parcels arriving at slightly different times. Title and risk of loss pass to you entirely upon the carrier marking the package as completed/delivered.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by SafaCo Global, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable local and international copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws. SafaCo Global's names, logos, brand markers (including SafaCo Global and associated product marks), product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SafaCo Global or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of SafaCo Global.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH HOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE

The retail transactions and customer interactions executed through our online storefronts are handled directly by SafaCo Global. While our backend operational framework is supported by leading international web-hosting applications and global infrastructure networks to guarantee uptime and payment encryption, any sales and purchases you make are made directly and exclusively with SafaCo Global. You hereby release our technology infrastructure providers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your purchases.

SECTION 8 - PRIVACY POLICY AND COMPLIANCE

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Transactional information you submit at checkout is safely shared with our secure infrastructure hosts, integrated data analytics partners, and verified supply networks (including cross-border 3PL handlers and localized delivery couriers) across international corridors solely to facilitate payment validation, target relevant marketing, clear customs, and fulfill orders.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SafaCo Global's administrative headquarters are situated. You and SafaCo Global consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
